Policy and FAQ

 

Thank you for supporting our business. Each of our designs are well thought out and designed with your child in mind. We spent a lot of valuable time to hand select our fabrics and create each dress with much care and consideration, to make it as child friendly and fun to wear.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All our items are professionally made in small bunches, in a factory in Los Angeles California.  We allow returns within 3 days after you receive your item, if it is in original packaging and condition, for a refund.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping cost.

Items received that smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent or that contain pet hair will not be eligible for return. Please email us at Malibumermaid@yahoo.com before returning.

Any packages sent back through "refusing delivery" or return to sender" will be sent at customer's risk and be processed with an additional charge. Refunds and cancellations will be credited minus shipping and packaging fees and a 5% restocking fee. 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All our products are made with love and care and ship from Los Angeles California. Shipping is a flat fee for standard  mail with tracking and no insurance. Priority and expedited shipping is available. Once packages leave our office/shop we are not responsible for lost, stolen or packages delivered to the incorrect address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information input at the time of order is correct and accurate. 

All times will be shipped with tracking. Product tracking and shipping information can be found in the email that will be send to you shortly after ordering took place.

Once an item has been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of "MalibuMermaid" that it is delivered correctly but rather the shipping provider. In case you have an issue with a lost package, please let us know and we do what we can to help.
